I see Dr. Bowen and have no complaints about her. I do wait well over an hour to see the doctor, always. The office does not return calls, does not schedule referrals promptly at all. Their computers are always "down" which is why they can't do their jobs promptly? One of the employees is always "out" and no one can help fill in when she is missing. Nothing gets done. Even the nurses cannot give me help over the phone. I have become extremely frustrated with this office and plan to change doctors, not because of my doctor, but because of the completely unprofessional and unfriendly staff working there. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
